Responsabilités

• Lead HR implementations, including data migration across Deel tools.
• Advise clients on best practices for setup and migration.
• Become an expert user of Deel HR tools and guide clients.
• Manage onboarding journeys with cross-functional teams.
• Plan, validate, and test data transfers to ensure accuracy.
• Safeguard sensitive employee information and compliance.
• Collaborate with Onboarding, Sales, Support, Ops, Product, and Eng.
