Job summary

Ipsen seeks a Global Medical Affairs Director, Neurosciences (Migraine) to lead medical strategy and evidence generation across global trials and lifecycle management. You will partner with Brand, Market Access and Regulatory teams to shape medical plans and drive patient outcomes.

In this role, you will engage with KOLs, oversee external scientific communications, and ensure compliance with clinical development and regulatory requirements while advancing Neuroscience initiatives globally.

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent advanced degree.
• Extensive medical affairs experience in pharma/biotech.
• Proven global medical affairs leadership and cross-functional teamwork.
• Strong understanding of clinical development, regulatory and compliance.
• Experience in neuroscience or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead Medical Strategy & Evidence Generation for migraine programs.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Brand, and Market Access across functions.
• Represent Ipsen at scientific meetings and engage with healthcare professionals.
• Engage with KOLs and academic partners to support scientific exchange.
• Oversee external medical communications and development of field resources.
• Support lifecycle management and long-term scientific planning.
