Job summary

Ipsen is seeking a Global Senior Medical Director, Aesthetic to shape medical strategy across Ipsen’s aesthetic portfolio and drive early narrative, scientific leadership, and evidence generation for a potential global launch.

You will build a high-impact KOL network, supervise training initiatives, and ensure safe, effective use of Ipsen aesthetic products in collaboration with GMA and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of Medical Affairs experience in pharma/biotech.
• Experience in Injectable aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery or devices.
• Experience with Phase IV studies.
• Proven ability to develop and execute medical/scientific strategies.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Aesthetic franchise strategy to maximize value.
• Lead integrated evidence generation plan (IEGP).
• Lead medical affairs activities at major conferences and with KOLs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (commercial, R&D, finance).
• Manage global asset medical studies and budgets.
