Job summary

Ipsen is seeking a Global Medical Director for Migraine to lead medical strategy, evidence generation, and lifecycle management on a global scale. This role collaborates across Medical Affairs, Brand, and Market Access to drive scientific excellence.

You will engage with KOLs and the external medical community, manage global trials, and provide expert medical guidance to align the Medical Plan with Ipsen's strategic goals. Hybrid work model in Paris or London.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in medical affairs within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
• Proven track record in global medical affairs activities and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in clinical development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of medical strategies and evidence-generation plans.
• Coordinate global trials and support lifecycle management initiatives.
• Engage with KOLs, societies, and regulators to align medical plans with business strategy.
