Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of Medical Affairs experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
• Experience in Injectable Aesthetics, Dermatology, Plastic Surgery or Devices.
• Experience in Phase IV studies.
• Proven ability to develop and execute medical/scientific strategies and plans.
• Proven cross-functional project leadership with significant business impact.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to summarize complex data for diverse audiences.
• High integrity and compliance with laws, regulations and policies.

Aufgaben

• Define and execute the Aesthetic franchise medical strategy and plan.
• Lead the integrated evidence generation plan (IEGP) and medical communications.
• Engage with key opinion leaders, societies and external experts.
• Collaborate with commercial, R&D, finance and communications teams.
• Represent Ipsen at scientific meetings and conferences; lead training initiatives.
