Job summary

Ipsen is a global biopharmaceutical company that seeks a Global Medical Affairs Director, Neurosciences (Migraine) to drive medical strategy, evidence generation, and lifecycle activities across regions. You will guide clinical development plans, oversee global trials, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the Medical Plan and publication strategy.

You will lead external engagement with KOLs, medical societies, and regulatory bodies, building strategic relationships

Qualifications

• MD or advanced degree in a relevant scientific field (PhD, PharmD).
• Extensive experience in medical affairs within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
• Proven track record leading global medical affairs activities and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of clinical development, regulatory requirements, and compliance.
• Experience in Neuroscience or related therapeutic areas.
• Strong network with key opinion leaders and scientific societies.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of strategic projects to generate scientific insights addressing commercial, clinical, or data needs.
• Support development of clinical and real-world evidence via trials, database analyses, and investigator-initiated studies.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Brand, and Market Access teams to align on product strategy.
