Job summary

Flexport in Paris is seeking an Operations Associate to support regional freight forwarding and customs teams, ensuring on-time shipments within budget. You’ll liaise with partners, carriers, and warehouses, driving efficiency and scalable operations for a growing global client base.

The role requires 3+ years in freight forwarding with air export experience, and fluency in French and English, in a fast-paced, compliance-centered environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or forwarding training required.
• Minimum 3+ years in freight forwarding with air export exposure.
• Fluent in French and English, other European languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure shipments move on-time and exemptions are handled properly.
• Meet internal KPIs and SLAs and follow SOPs.
• Coordinate with carriers, terminals, and partners to optimize operations.
• Manage end-to-end movement of freight within a regional network (imports/exports).
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve customer experience.
• Support regional account teams to grow customers’ business.
