NTT DATA is seeking a motivated Legal Counsel to support Benelux and France with commercial contracts, IT agreements, procurement, governance and compliance. You will advise across a broad range of matters in a fast-paced, international setting and collaborate with business teams and internal functions.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and fluency in French and English.

Competenze

• Proven ability to draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Strong understanding of procurement, commercial law and technology-related matters.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Mansioni

• Commercial & IT contracting: draft and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and supplier/customer contracts.
• Support tenders and procurement processes, identify legal risks and advise during negotiations.
• Corporate housekeeping and governance for regional entities.
