Job summary

NTT DATA Europe & Latam is seeking a motivated Legal Counsel to support activities across Benelux and France. You will provide pragmatic legal advice on commercial contracts, IT and technology agreements, procurement, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced, international setting.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and fluency in English and French.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Law; qualification to practise law in Belgium or France.
• 3–5 years of relevant legal experience in international or in-house settings.
• Strong experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Solid understanding of procurement, commercial, contract and technology-related law.
• Ability to translate legal risks into pragmatic, business-oriented advice.
• Excellent command of English and French, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft and negotiate commercial agreements including IT/technology services, MSAs, SOWs and NDAs.
• Provide legal support for tenders, RFPs and procurement processes.
• Support corporate governance and day-to-day corporate questions for regional entities.
• Assist with litigation management and dispute follow-up as needed.
• Support compliance processes and risk reporting for the region.
• Provide day-to-day legal guidance in an international, fast-paced environment.
