Huawei is seeking a qualified Legal Counsel based in Boulogne-Billancourt to support European teams on cloud, telecom and compliance matters. You will draft, review and negotiate contracts while upholding our commercial interests.

Fluent English and French are essential, with at least 3 years’ experience in a corporate or law-firm environment. You’ll work autonomously in a fast-paced multinational setting and contribute to SAPIN 2 compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified legal counsel required.
• At least 3 years’ experience as Legal Counsel in a national/international company or as a lawyer in a law firm.
• Excellent drafting, analytical and negotiation skills with a strong commercial sense and hands-on approach.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English (legal) and French.
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
• Scientific background would be an added advantage.
• Keen to be challenged in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Responsabilités

• Providing legal support to our team on cloud, renewable energy, telecom, compliance and related matters.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating various agreements (sales, procurement, participation agreements, etc.).
• Supporting Huawei Compliance Program across labour, environment, anti-bribery (Sapin 2).
• Handling disputes.
