Job summary
NTT DATA is seeking a motivated Legal Counsel to support activities across Benelux and France. You will provide pragmatic, business-focused legal advice on commercial contracts, IT and technology agreements, procurement, governance, compliance, data protection, IP and litigation support.
The role requires approximately 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and fluency in French and English.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Law; qualified to practise law in France or Belgium.
- 3–5 years of relevant legal experience in international context advisable.
- Strong drafting, reviewing and negotiating of commercial contracts is essential.
- Excellent command of English and French, with good stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial, IT and technology contracts.
- Supporting corporate governance, procurement and compliance matters across the region.
- Managing litigation support and coordination with external counsel as needed.
- Advising on regulatory risks and providing pragmatic, business-oriented guidance.
