Jobtailor in France is seeking a seasoned Contracts Lawyer to draft, analyze, negotiate and secure contracts across IT and innovation projects. You will support operational teams during negotiations and contract finalization, while providing legal guidance on GDPR, IT law, and AI-related matters.

You will manage pre-litigation issues and contractual disputes, requiring rigor, autonomy, and strong interpersonal skills. A Master’s degree or LL.M. in relevant law fields is essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced law degree (Master's level or equivalent) in Business Law, Digital Law, Contracts, IT/IP.
• 3 to 5 years' experience in legal roles covering contracts, IT and GDPR.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and IT/digital environments.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating contracts.
• Interest in innovation and new technologies is a plus.
• Rigour, autonomy, service orientation, prioritization and interpersonal skills.
