Qualifications

• Experience in corporate L&D/Talent CoE, driving learning strategy across international environments.
• Architect global learning portfolios and multi-touch journeys beyond single events to drive behavior change.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, HR, and SMEs to diagnose performance needs and co-create practical solutions.

Responsabilités

• Partner with business leaders and HR to clarify performance gaps, capability needs, and success metrics.
• Own the global Core Skills portfolio and learning outcomes for broad populations.
• Design end-to-end learning journeys blending formal, informal, and social learning.
• Create experience blueprints aligned with onboarding, upskilling, role change, and leadership growth.
• Define architecture of learning solutions and work with SMEs to structure content and flows.
• Facilitate co-design sessions, manage expectations, and translate complex topics for non-experts.
• Define success metrics and use data to iterate learning experiences.
