Edenred is seeking a Global Learning & Development Intern to support a fast-growing, multicultural environment and help shape how our people learn and grow worldwide. You will assist the Global L&D Team in delivering the ambitious 2026 roadmap, strengthen the digital learning ecosystem, and ensure high-quality experiences across talent development initiatives for all employees.

The role covers Learning Strategy, Digital Learning & LMS Management, Content Development, and Talent & Development

Qualifications

• Bac+5 degree in Human Resources, Business School, or a master’s in digital Learning.
• An internship agreement is required.
• Fluency in English and French; another European language is a plus.
• Able to thrive in an international, multicultural environment.

Responsabilités

• Support Learning Strategy & Project Management for the 2026 L&D roadmap.
• Assist Digital Learning & LMS management, including user management and reporting.
• Create and deploy learning content across various topics.
• Support end-to-end Talent & Development programs, including induction weeks.
• Engage in Community Engagement & Learning Culture initiatives at global level.
