You will define processes, infrastructure, and strategy for continuous skill development across the organization, collaborating with teams in France, the USA, the UK, Germany, and Singapore to align with business goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR experience, preferably in tech startups or high-growth firms.
• Experience building L&D functions across multiple countries.
• Proven experience with Learning Management Systems.
• Ability to design training programs for diverse teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop an L&D strategy aligned to company goals.
• Assess skill gaps and prioritize training initiatives.
• Design onboarding, upskilling, and reskilling programs.
• Build scalable learning paths for key roles.
• Source external content and partnerships to supplement offerings.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify high-potential employees and development plans.
• Select and roll out an LMS, ensuring adoption across HR/IT.
• Set up metrics and measure L&D impact on performance.
