Danone in Paris is offering an Internship – Global HR Digitalization Digital learning Intern starting January 2027 for 6 months. You will learn about the global digital learning ecosystem and work with the Learning Academy and HR IT teams, supporting campaigns, training materials, and change management.

As part of the team, you will PMO the Campus X reboot project (60%), provide end-user and learning community support (30%), and assist with special campaigns (10%).

Qualifications

• Level of Bac+4/5 in university, business school, or engineering school.
• Knowledge of HR systems and digital tools such as Degreed, Learning Experience System, SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Fluent English is required (French or another language is a plus).

Responsabilités

• 60% act as the PMO of the Campus X reboot project with global learning academy team, HR IT team and the learning community around the world.
• 30% User Support – main contact for end users and the learning manager community; create communication materials and user guides.
• 10% Special Campaign Support – coordinate campaigns such as the global mandatory learning campaign.
