AVEVA is seeking a Global Events Keynote Lead to plan, develop, and deliver keynote experiences for AVEVA World, IGNITE, and AVEVA Days, across London or Paris, in a hybrid model with 50% office time.

You will collaborate with executives, marketing, and production partners to ensure engaging, seamless keynote experiences, from speaker readiness to run of show. Strong programme leadership and stakeholder management are essential.

Responsabilités

• Lead the planning, development, and execution of keynote programmes for AVEVA World.
• Define keynote objectives, audience journey, programme structure, and run of show with stakeholders.
• Oversee integration of presentations, customer stories, product demos, videos, and stage elements into a cohesive keynote experience.
• Support regional marketing to deliver aligned keynotes across their core AVEVA Day programme.
• Act as the central point of coordination across executives, marketing, product teams, customers, agencies, and production partners.
• Manage executive and guest speaker engagement, including briefing, preparation, rehearsals, and onsite support.
• Lead sourcing, contracting external speakers and talent for keynotes; brief opening entertainment and coordinate travel/logistics.
• Develop speaker briefing materials and manage rehearsal schedules; provide onsite speaker coaching.
• Manage run of show and onsite delivery; oversee production of slides and stage elements.
• Coordinate with production partners on the RACI for onsite delivery and VIP management.
• Develop keynote timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies; ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Manage AVEVA World budget and vendor relationships; procurement and vendor management.
• Support AVEVA Days with guidance on storytelling and production standards; provide reusable assets.
• Aim for continuous improvement in keynote quality, audience engagement, and event outcomes.
