AVEVA is seeking a Global Events Keynote Lead to plan, develop and deliver keynote experiences for AVEVA World, IGNITE, and AVEVA Days. The role partners with executives, marketing, product teams and production partners to ensure speakers, demos and content are seamlessly delivered.

The position emphasizes programme leadership, stakeholder management and production excellence across global events, with a hybrid working model (London or Paris 50% in-office).

Qualifications

• Planning, development and delivery of keynote experiences for AVEVA's flagship events.
• Lead end-to-end keynote process with stakeholders, marketing, product teams and production partners.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver keynote programmes for AVEVA World, IGNITE and AVEVA Days.
• Coordinate executive and guest speakers, including briefings, rehearsals and onsite support.
• Oversee sourcing contracting of external speakers and talent for keynotes and opening entertainment.
• Manage run of show, on-site delivery and integration of presentations, demos, videos and stage elements.
• Develop speaker briefing materials and rehearsal schedules; ensure timely content delivery.
