Our client is a leading international live events and production company. They are looking for an experienced Lead AV Technician to support high-profile corporate events, conferences, and live productions at a flagship venue in Paris.

This is a hands‑on senior role for someone with strong technical AV expertise, excellent client‑facing skills, and experience delivering seamless live event experiences in fast‑paced environments.

The Role

You will lead the delivery of technical AV services across live events, ensuring exceptional production standards and smooth event execution from setup through to breakdown.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of audio, video, lighting, and control systems for live events
• Act as the senior on‑site AV contact for clients, presenters, and production teams
• Support and coordinate junior technicians and freelance crew during event delivery
• Ensure all AV equipment is maintained, tested, and operating to professional standards
• Collaborate with event producers and venue teams to deliver flawless productions
• Provide technical expertise and real‑time problem solving during live events
• Ensure health & safety and operational best practices are followed at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Senior or Lead AV Technician within live events, hospitality, or corporate production
• Strong technical knowledge across audio, visual, lighting, and event production systems
• Experience leading teams and managing live event delivery on‑site
• Must have strong English Language skills
