AVEVA is seeking an Enablement Strategic Programmes Lead - Senior Manager to drive high-visibility enablement initiatives for the Schneider Electric partnership. The role spans learning, content, platforms, and events, requiring close collaboration with senior stakeholders across AVEVA and Schneider Electric.

The successful candidate will manage end-to-end delivery, establish governance rhythms, and translate strategic priorities into actionable workstreams across regions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex programmes with enterprise stakeholders (enablement, GTM, transformation, or equivalent).
• Strong programme/project management discipline: planning, dependency management, decision logging, and risk mitigation.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and align cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product, SMEs).
• Excellent communication skills—able to create clear stakeholder updates, facilitate sessions, and drive decisions.
• Comfortable using data and feedback to measure impact and improve programme effectiveness.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the Schneider Electric enablement plan with clear milestones, owners, and outcomes.
• Partner with AVEVA and Schneider counterparts to assess needs and drive regional engagement.
• Orchestrate cross-functional enablement delivery (learning paths, webinars, toolkits, campaigns, events).
• Establish governance and reporting rhythms; track adoption metrics such as completion and attendance.
• Identify risks and friction points and drive pragmatic resolution with owners.
