4PS is seeking an International Key Account Manager Europe to manage our largest international customers from Paris with a hybrid work model.

You will lead multi-year account strategies, align cross-country teams and act as a strategic advisor to executive-level stakeholders across ERP, SaaS and digital transformation offerings. Fluency in English plus French or German is required, with regular travel across Europe.

Competenze

• A completed bachelor's or master's degree and extensive experience in senior account management within ERP, SaaS, software or digital transformation.
• Proven track record of developing and growing strategic customer relationships within international organizations.
• Experience in stakeholder management and building relationships at executive, board and C-level.

Mansioni

• Develop and grow strategic international accounts across Europe.
• Create and execute multi-year account plans focused on customer value and revenue growth.
• Lead negotiations and executive reviews with C-level stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-country account teams to align on one customer strategy.
• Travel regularly across Europe to engage with international customers.
