Job summary

4PS by Hilti - France is looking for an International Key Account Manager Europe to advance our most strategic international customers across Europe. You will cultivate executive-level relationships and translate customer insights into sustainable growth for both customers and 4PS.

You will develop multi-year plans, lead complex negotiations, and collaborate with cross-border teams to drive international opportunities across the 4PS portfolio.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Extensive experience in senior account management within ERP, SaaS, software or digital transformation.
Fluency in English, plus French or German.

Responsibilities

Develop and grow strategic international accounts across Europe.
Build multi-year account plans focused on customer value and revenue growth.
Lead negotiations and executive reviews with C-level stakeholders.
Coordinate cross-country account teams to align on one customer strategy.
Travel regularly across Europe to manage international relationships.
