Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services France is seeking a Transition Manager to lead end-to-end service transitions across IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Application Support and SAP. The role ensures a controlled, risk-managed handover to steady-state operations, protecting business continuity, service levels and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT delivery with leading service transitions or complex run engagements.
• Proven ability to manage multi-tower transitions across infrastructure, cloud, application support and SAP.
• Strong governance, risk and stakeholder management in French and international environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end service transitions for new logos, renewals, vendor takeovers, carve-ins/carve-outs and major transformations.
• Own transition governance, planning, execution and exit criteria, including RAСI and budgets.
• Drive knowledge transfer, runbooks, SOPs, CMDB mappings and readiness for steady-state operations.
• Ensure ITIL processes and tooling readiness (Incident/Problem/Change/ServiceNow) and establish cutover and hypercare plans.
• Coordinate onsite/offshore teams and partners; report progress to leadership and customer.
