Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) France is seeking an experienced Salesforce Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end Salesforce programs in an international context. You will drive project delivery, scope, timeline, and budgets, coordinating with architects, analysts, and developers to ensure value-driven outcomes.

The role requires 8+ years of PM experience, 3-5 years with Salesforce, strong stakeholder management, and proficiency in Agile and hybrid delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience.
• 3–5 years leading Salesforce implementations or programs.
• Strong communication bridging technical and business teams.
• Experience with agile and hybrid delivery frameworks.
• Knowledge of governance and release management.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning, resourcing, and statements of work.
• Define scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage cross-functional teams across geographies.
• Identify and mitigate risks and blockers.
• Ensure Salesforce best practices and quality assurance.

• Monitor budgets and delivery KPIs for high-quality outcomes.
