QIMA in Paris seeks a Group Head of IT & Security to lead the global IT function (infrastructure, support, and systems) and drive the cybersecurity strategy across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas. This dual-pillar role focuses on automation, governance, and risk management.

You will build and lead a high-performing, multicultural team, partner with the C-suite, and drive IT integration for new acquisitions while ensuring security remains a strategic differentiator for the business.

Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Expertise in cybersecurity, with incident management and cloud security experience.
• Proven leadership of a global, multicultural team.
• Solid understanding of ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR, NIST and practical compliance.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement a global IT strategy across regions.
• Lead IT infrastructure planning, networks, and systems with a cloud-first approach.
• Oversee IT support across APAC, EMEA, and Americas.
• Establish and enforce security policies, standards, and compliance programs.
• Lead security risk assessments, audits, and incident response.
• Drive IT training and security awareness programs.
• Oversee IT integration during M&A activities.
• Manage IT budget and talent across the globe.
