Squad Group is expanding its Paris office and seeks a Cyber PMO to drive cybersecurity governance, project coordination, and communication for the IT security department. You will manage committees, travel, contracts, and training programs while creating dashboards and progress indicators to ensure on-time delivery across sites.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or business; cybersecurity specialization is a plus.
• Experience as a project coordinator in IT security.
• Strong project management skills to plan and organize cybersecurity activities within timeframes and budgets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey automation challenges and solutions.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
• Proficiency in English is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage SSI department committees and meetings.
• Oversee team travel and schedules.
• Coordinate and manage team projects and activities.
• Create presentation materials for department activities.
• Manage service provider contracts within the team and service center.
• Coordinate and manage approval committees.
• Support internal and external IT security communications to users of IT services.
• Support IT department steering elements, budgets, dashboards, indicators.
• Coordinate SSI awareness campaigns at all sites and training for employees.
