BIC World is seeking an experienced Global Cybersecurity Lead to define and execute a worldwide cybersecurity strategy across a multinational manufacturing ecosystem. You will partner with the CIO, CFO, and senior leaders to secure information assets, manufacturing operations, and cloud environments, driving modernization and risk-informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in information security, computer science, IT, or engineering required.
• Master's degree preferred for leadership roles.
• Experience leading cybersecurity programs in multinational manufacturing environments is essential.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives and risk appetite.
• Act as senior cybersecurity advisor to CIO, CFO and executive leadership; govern policies and standards.
• Lead IAM, PAM, SSO, and Zero Trust initiatives; manage identity governance and access controls.
• Oversee network security, segmentation, and OT/IT boundary controls across global facilities.
• Direct security operations, incident response, and vulnerability management programs.
• Lead GenAI security governance, data protection, and AI risk assessments across the enterprise.
