Job summary

Broadpeak in Brittany, France seeks an IT Infrastructure Technical Lead to oversee the operation, security, and evolution of the company’s IT landscape. You will collaborate with the other IT infrastructure lead and the Cyber team to ensure availability, security, and compliance of systems across on‑prem and cloud environments.

You will coordinate day‑to‑day IT activities, escalate complex issues, and serve as a key contact for the IT Director.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational follow-up of incidents, service requests, and projects.
• Provide technical expertise on complex issues and act as an escalation point when required.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports to the CIO on operational activities, risks, projects, and identified needs.
• Monitor the availability, performance, and compliance of systems and infrastructure.
• Handle incidents, analyze alerts, and lead the resolution of recurring issues.
• Participate in the identification, tracking, and remediation of vulnerabilities in collaboration with cybersecurity teams.
• Maintain up-to-date tools, configurations, procedures, and documentation required for the efficient operation of the information system.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards and security requirements.
• Contribute to the IT roadmap and information systems transformation initiatives.
• Identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Contribute to technical decision-making, budget preparation, and capacity planning activities.
• Define and monitor KPIs, service quality metrics, and operational efficiency indicators.
• Contribute to compliance initiatives, audits, and continuous improvement of information system security.
• Automate and industrialize operations to improve service quality and team efficiency.
• Promote DevOps, operational excellence, and continuous improvement best practices.
• Proactively recommend technical enhancements, tools, IT services, and process improvements.
• Encourage knowledge sharing and support the development of team skills and expertise.
