BIC World is seeking a Group Head of Cyber Security to lead the global cybersecurity program across a multinational manufacturing environment. This senior role reports to the CIO and focuses on defining and executing security strategy, protecting information assets, and maturing security practices globally.

Expertise in IAM, PAM, network segmentation, enterprise security architecture, and GenAI security is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive cybersecurity experience.
• Minimum 5 years leading cybersecurity teams and programs.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a global cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Serve as senior cybersecurity advisor to CIO, CFO, and executive leadership.
• Establish governance, policies, standards, and procedures; drive awareness and accountability.
• Lead continuous improvement of cybersecurity technologies, controls, and processes.
• Oversee IAM, PAM, network segmentation, and zero trust initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT, manufacturing, legal, compliance, and external partners to integrate cybersecurity across the organization.
