Quandela is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to support international teams, deploy foundational IT solutions, and improve security ALIGN with HQ and subsidiaries. The role requires hands-on management of devices, cloud services and collaboration tools across sites.

You will drive IT governance, cloud resource management, and AI adoption while ensuring compliance and regional needs are aligned with company standards. On-site presence is required with inter-site travel.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft infrastructure management cloud-based solutions (Intune, Entra, Defender, M365) and Windows OS security.
• Experience in network design & administration.
• Experience in cloud resource management, container workload configuration and deployment pipeline management.
• Strong cybersecurity knowledge including risk models, security assessments, and monitoring tools.
• Ability to work in an international team, with English and French communication.
• Willingness to combine technical leadership with hands-on work and business-oriented IT planning.
• On-site presence at least 3 days/week with regular inter-site travel.

Responsabilités

• Support people across the company, including foreign subsidiaries, on IT issues and requests.
• Ensure consistent IT service delivery across HQ and subsidiaries, adapting models to local needs.
• Deploy and manage hardware, devices, network services, cloud software, and collaboration tools.
• Select, develop, integrate and maintain cross-company applications as an IT partner to business owners.
• Support structuring IT operations for new or growing subsidiaries, onboarding, access management, and vendor coordination.
• Promote responsible AI usage and drive AI adoption across functions with secure practices.
