Job summary

Servier is seeking a Head of Global Internal Communications to shape a human-centered internal narrative for 20,000 employees across global sites. This newly created role will define a modern internal comms strategy, ensuring smooth information flow and a strong sense of belonging while aligning with the company's mission and transformation agenda.

You will lead a cross-functional team, oversee multi-channel content creation, and partner with senior leaders to drive strategic communication

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Communication or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Global Communication, ideally in a large international org undergoing transformation.
• Proficiency in English and French is a must.

Responsibilities

• Define and deploy the 3-year global internal communication roadmap and an engaging editorial line.
• Drive employee engagement and advocacy to foster a One Team culture.
• Lead the evolution of internal digital platforms (intranet, newsletters) and oversee content production (videos, speeches).
• Design and organize global employee events and support large transformation projects via change communication.
• Act as a trusted business partner to the Executive Committee and leaders to ensure consistency.
• Structure and lead the global network of communicators across affiliates, manage the budget and KPIs.
