Job summary

Servier, a human-sized international pharmaceutical group, is seeking a Head of Global Internal Communication to connect 20,000 employees to our mission and culture. You will design a modern internal comms strategy, enable fluid information flow, and foster belonging across global sites.

You will lead global initiatives in employee engagement, digital platforms, events, and change management, partnering with the Executive Committee to ensure consistent messaging and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Communication, Humanities, or related field from a top-tier institution.
• 10+ years of global internal communications experience in large international organizations.
• Proven track record in designing and deploying global communication strategies.
• Strong storytelling and multilingual (English and French).

Responsibilities

• Define and deploy the 3-year global internal communication roadmap.
• Lead internal communications and employee engagement across global sites.
• Oversee digital ecosystem: intranet, newsletters, and engagement tools.
• Design global events and change management programs.
• Partner with Executive Committee and functions to ensure consistent messaging.
• Coordinate global network of communicators and manage budget and KPIs.
