Job summary

Nemera, headquartered in Lyon Gerland, is seeking an Internal Communication Coordinator to join the Global Communications team in an international setting. Reporting to the Global Communications Manager, you will strengthen employee engagement, foster belonging, and promote Nemera's culture and ambitions across sites.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years in internal or corporate communication in international environments.
• Strong editorial and storytelling skills aligned to business priorities.
• Excellent English, both written and oral.
• Strong project management with ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Experience with change communication and employee engagement levers.
• Ability to design clear materials aligned with brand guidelines.
• Autonomous, proactive, creative, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment of Nemera’s global internal communication strategy across all sites, in line with company priorities, culture, and business objectives
• Coordinate the internal editorial calendar for regular, relevant, and consistent communication across channels and audiences
• Draft, edit, format, and coordinate internal communication content, including news articles, leadership messages, newsletters, presentations, videos, and digital assets
• Update and coordinate internal communication channels and digital platforms, ensuring content consistency, accuracy, and timely publication
• Coordinate the network of local communication ambassadors by sharing guidelines, tools, templates, and best practices to support local deployment of communication initiatives
• Prepare communication materials, toolkits, and key messages for leaders and managers to support the cascade of company priorities
• Contribute to internal communication campaigns that strengthen employee engagement, team spirit, pride in belonging, and understanding of Nemera’s ambitions
• Support communication plans for transformation, change, culture, and key employee programs, helping employees better understand business priorities and organizational evolutions
• Help plan and coordinate internal events aimed at fostering collaboration, engagement, and company culture, including cross‑functional conferences, internal events, and employee recognition programs
• Track employee feedback, channel performance, and engagement indicators, and help identify opportunities to improve internal communication practices
