Job summary

Servier France seeks a Head of Global Internal Communications to lead a newly established function connecting our 20,000 employees to the company mission, culture and ambitions. You will shape a modern internal communications strategy and ensure information flows that foster belonging across global sites.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Communication, Humanities, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in Global/Internal Communications, preferably in a large international organization undergoing transformation.
• Proven ability to design and deploy global communication strategies.

Responsibilities

• Define and deploy a 3-year global internal communication roadmap.
• Drive employee engagement and advocacy to foster a One Team culture.
• Lead evolution of intranet, newsletters and engagement tools; produce high-impact content.
• Design and organize global employee events and support large-scale change initiatives.
• Act as a trusted business partner to the Executive Committee and leaders.
• Structure the global network of communicators; manage budget and track KPIs.
