Adyen is seeking a Project Operations Manager to drive complex, global in-store project rollouts with customers and partners. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure successful deployments of Adyen’s payment solutions across platforms.

The role requires a strong operational mindset, 4+ years of experience in technical, multi-stakeholder projects, and fluency in French and English. Paris office-based, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience setting up complex, multi-stakeholder projects, preferably with a technical background.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to lead high-level conversations.
• Excellent project management skills in fast-paced environments.
• Global mindset with experience working across cultures or abroad is a plus.
• Fluent in French and English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsabilités

• Manage the project lifecycle from start to finish for in-store and platform rollouts.
• Collaborate with customers’ project and technical teams and external partners.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to communicate progress.
• Provide guidance on Adyen’s products to fit customer needs.
• Ensure BAU and support processes after rollouts.
• Contribute to internal process improvements to scale the business.
