Adyen in Paris is seeking a Project Operations Manager to drive the end-to-end rollout of complex global in-store projects for our merchants. You will collaborate with customer teams, integration partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth deployment of Adyen’s solutions.

The role requires hands-on project management, strong stakeholder communication, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed. Fluency in French and English is essential.

• Experience setting up complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Background in payments or technical projects is a plus.
• Strong communication with customers and partners.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Proven ability to manage global deployments.
• Fluency in English and French is essential.

Responsabilités

• Manage the project lifecycle from start to finish for Adyen’s solutions.
• Coordinate with customers, technical teams, and third parties for smooth rollouts.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on Adyen’s products and suitable solutions for customers.
• Ensure BAU handovers and scalable support processes after rollout.
• Contribute to process improvements to scale the business.
