Unlimitail, based in Paris, is seeking a Project Lead In-Store Retail Media to join its In-Store Ops team. You will drive end-to-end field rollouts from pilot stores to large-scale deployments across multiple locations, coordinating vendors and cross-functional partners.

The role combines strategic design with hands-on execution. Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of complex project management experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in complex management projects.
• Experience in multi-stakeholder environments with high demands.
• Experience driving multi-actor, multi-location initiatives under tight deadlines.
• Professional proficiency in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Translate business ambition into an operational roadmap for rollout of in-store retail media solutions.
• Define project frameworks and drive decision-making on hardware and software choices.
• Build and defend business cases with ROI estimates and CAPEX/OPEX projections.
• Lead end-to-end field rollouts across tens to hundreds of points of sale.
• Coordinate vendor ecosystems and manage field risks to meet Time, Quality, and Budget constraints.
