DigiTold is seeking a Product Delivery Manager to coordinate cross-functional teams and enable collaboration between global and local stakeholders in France. You will drive execution of strategic opportunities, ensuring governance and operational excellence across the organization.

The role requires a Master’s degree and hands-on experience in Product Delivery, with fluent English and French. You will act as SPOC for local teams, manage PAB processes, and align Product, Technology, Services,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Business/Engineering.
• Proven experience in Product Delivery, Product Operations, Program/Project Management or similar cross-functional roles.
• Strong stakeholder management in international/matrix environments.
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and drive execution across functions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Product Assessment Board (PAB) process for opportunities and requests.
• Assess opportunities, validate investments, and support prioritization decisions.
• Coordinate inputs from Sales, Technology, and Services stakeholders for quality reviews.
• Act as SPOC for local teams on product and sales enablement activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Technology, Hardware Ops, Services, Marketing and Sales.
• Manage escalations and ensure clear communication between global and local teams.
• Ensure catalog management and reference creation follow governance processes.
• Identify risks, track mitigations, and drive actions for delivery excellence.
• Support APAC operations and back up other regions when needed.

You will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of product initiatives by coordinating cross-functional teams, supporting business prioritization, and enabling collaboration between global and local stakeholders. As a Product Delivery Manager, you will contribute to the efficient execution of strategic opportunities while driving operational excellence across the organization.

• Drive the Product Assessment Board (PAB) process to support business growth and strategic decision-making.
• Ensure alignment between Product, Technology, Services, Operations, and Sales teams to accelerate execution.
• Act as a trusted partner for local teams by facilitating access to expertise and resolving critical issues.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, governance, and operational efficiency.

What You Will Do:

• Lead the Product Assessment Board (PAB) process for assigned business opportunities and requests.
• Assess business opportunities, validate required investments, and support prioritization decisions.
• Ensure high-quality inputs from Sales teams and coordinate evaluations with Technology and Professional Services stakeholders.
• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for local teams regarding product and sales enablement activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Technology, Hardware Operations & Quality, Services & Support, Marketing, and Sales.
• Manage business-critical escalations and ensure effective communication between global and local teams.
• Ensure product catalog management and reference creation comply with established governance processes.
• Identify risks, track mitigation plans, and drive actions to ensure successful delivery.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools, processes, and governance frameworks.
• Support operational activities across the APAC region while providing backup and support to other regions when needed.

What Helps You Succeed:

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a Business School, Engineering School, or equivalent.
• Previous experience in Product Delivery, Product Operations, Program Management, Project Management, or a similar cross-functional role.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in an international and matrix environment.
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and drive execution across different functions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
• Knowledge of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes is a plus.
• Fluent English & French, both written and spoken.
• France citizenship or French work permit.
