CEVA Logistics is seeking a senior Global HSE Expert / Regional HSE & Environmental Program Manager to strengthen its governance across Europe and coordinate with head office. You will balance Global project leadership with regional support, ensuring the Group's HSE standards are applied consistently while delivering measurable improvements.

The role requires autonomy, strong influencing skills, and the ability to drive alignment among multiple stakeholders without direct hierarchical authority.

Qualifications

• Senior-level HSE expert with multi-country experience and ability to influence stakeholders across levels.

Responsabilités

• Ensure Regional and Country improvement plans with action closure and drive continuous HSE performance.
• Plan and conduct HSE audits/inspections and follow up actions.
• Liaise with Regional and Country functions and operations teams for HSE input.
• Lead Global HSE projects at GHO level aligned with global priorities.
• Support development and implementation of TALK Program.
• Deliver HSE Capability framework including training and external providers.
• Monitor HSE data recording, KPIs and performance, driving continuous improvement.
