CEVA Logistics is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to develop and maintain a worldwide standards framework for health, safety and environmental compliance across Regions and Countries. You will design tools, processes and training to cascade objectives, support audits, and drive continuous improvement.

You will coordinate global improvement programmes, support ISO 45001 certification efforts, and liaise with Head Office and operational teams on safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification in Occupational Health & Safety with membership in a recognised professional body.
• Proven track record delivering performance improvements and project management experience.
• Experience coordinating a training programme.
• Experience delivering change management through stakeholder relationships.
• Comprehensive working knowledge of ISO45001 management processes and methodologies.
• Knowledge of dangerous goods safety requirements in logistics, governance, risk assessment and incident escalation.
• Knowledge of lithium-ion battery hazards, handling, storage and transport, including thermal runaway prevention and regulatory requirements.
• Strong knowledge of serious incident management, root cause analysis and safety alerts.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain high level global management standards adaptable to country legal requirements.
• Develop and maintain tools and processes to cascade HSE objectives and KPIs.
• Create training content and coordinate eLearning and external providers.
• Support external audits and maintain ISO 45001 certification.
• Liaise with Head Office Support and product teams on HSE initiatives.
• Deputise for the Head of HSE when required.
• Provide cross-functional support and guidance to internal stakeholders.
