CEVA Logistics is seeking a senior Global HSE Expert / Regional HSE & Environmental Program Manager to strengthen its governance across Europe and coordinate with head office. You will balance Global project leadership with regional support, ensuring the Group's HSE standards are applied consistently while delivering measurable improvements.

You will join a structured international environment as a Global HSE Expert / Regional HSE & Environmental Program Manager.
Reporting to the head office, you will contribute to global strategic initiatives while providing regional HSE support across Europe.
This position combines a dual scope, encompassing both Global (GHO) project leadership and regional HSE support; It requires the ability to effectively balance and prioritize both dimensions.
Your main mission is to ensure the consistency and effective implementation of the Group's HSE standards across several European countries, while driving measurable results.
You will act as a cross-functional HSE focal point, working closely with local teams and the head office functions. In this context, you will serve as a governance enabler, driving alignment, compliance, and performance consistency between GHO, regional and country stakeholders.
You will structure, coordinate and monitor HSE initiatives, with a direct impact on the Group's overall HSE performance. This role requires a high level of autonomy, as well as strong influencing skills, operating without direct hierarchical authority while driving engagement and accountability across multiple stakeholders.
The role requires a senior expert profile, capable of operating effectively in a multi-country and head office environment, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
