CEVA Logistics is seeking a senior professional to support the Global BD A&O Vice President in executing strategic priorities, optimizing sales productivity, and improving BD organizational efficiency across functions.

You will lead cross-functional projects, manage priorities and workflows, and prepare reports for engagements, serving as the primary liaison between the VP and the BD community to ensure alignment in decision making.

Qualifications

• Business/engineering/political science education required.
• 10–15 years of experience expected.
• Previous experience in transport & logistics sector.

Responsabilités

• Support the Vice President in defining and executing the BD strategic agenda.
• Manage and oversee cross-functional strategic projects to ensure timely delivery and achievement.
• Assist Vice President's to manage priorities, workflows and schedules.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents for meetings and engagements.
• Act as the primary liaison between Vice President and BD community.
• Facilitate effective communication and alignment across teams and business units.
• Conduct research and analysis to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
• Track progress on strategic initiatives and ensure follow-through on action items
