CEVA Logistics is seeking a proactive Health, Safety & Environment leader to develop and sustain the global management system framework. You will ensure ISO 45001 compliance and drive continuous improvement across regions and countries.

Responsibilities include training content development, KPI data capture, and auditing processes, with liaison to Global Quality and Head Office teams. A strong change-management background and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Recognised Degree level qualification in Occupational Health & Safety
• Membership with a Recognised H&S Professional Body
• Proven record in delivering performance improvements
• Project Management experience
• Experience with coordinating a training programme
• Experience delivering change management through strong stakeholder relationships
• Comprehensive working knowledge of ISO45001 management processes, principles and methodologies
• Working knowledge of dangerous goods safety requirements relevant to logistics operations, including governance, risk assessment, operational controls and incident escalation
• Working knowledge of lithium-ion battery hazards and controls across storage, handling, charging and transport interfaces, including thermal runaway prevention, emergency preparedness and applicable regulatory requirements
• Strong knowledge of serious incident management, root cause analysis, lessons learned and the development and cascade of global safety alerts
• Strong knowledge of hazard identification, risk assessment, hierarchy of controls and global minimum health and safety

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain the global HSE management system framework for compliance across Regions and Countries
• Develop and maintain tools and processes to cascade HSE objectives and performance measures
• Create training content to support the global standards framework and improve capability
• Support internal audits to ensure focus on compliance and timely reporting to top management
• Ensure ISO Certification and other applicable accreditations are maintained
• Liaise with Global Quality team for external audits and ISO 45001 certification
• Engage Head Office Support functions and product operations in key HSE initiatives
• Deputise for the Head of HSE when required
