Nexans is seeking a senior HRIS professional to run the MyClick platform across Europe and to own the Core HR (Employee Central) solution at Group level. The role blends hands‑on operations with strategic governance and cross‑functional collaboration across HR, IT and external partners.

You will lead HRIS execution for reorganizations, carve‑ins and M&A integrations while embracing AI capabilities to improve efficiency and data quality across the HRIS ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of global HRIS experience, ideally SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central ownership.
• Experience with M&A integrations, carve‑ins or reorganisations on the HRIS side is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Maintain operational continuity and quality of MyClick for Europe (France to Europe).
• Own Core HR (Employee Central) solution at Group level: data model, integrations, governance.
• Bridge local HR teams, HRIS owners and IT partners to keep the ecosystem coherent.
