Job summary
LVMH Beauty Tech is seeking a senior HRIS program lead to own the Hire to Retire domain and standardize HRIS processes across the Beauty Division. You will drive the CoreHR program (SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleDoc, Payrolls, ServiceNow) and coordinate with HR business partners and IT stakeholders from multiple brands.
Based in Neuilly-sur-Seine with a hybrid work policy (up to 2 days remote), you will manage budgets, roadmaps, and governance for international HRIS initiatives, delivering scalable,
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in HRIS project management or consulting.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleDoc, and HRIS integrations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver all HRIS-related projects for the Beauty Division, ensuring on-time delivery and budget control.
- Lead and coordinate internal teams and external partners, including consultants and developers.
- Ensure integration of HRIS solutions with other IT platforms in collaboration with architects and back-end teams.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to project execution and system implementation.
- Support data quality and change management activities.
