Petit Forestier Group seeks an International HR Coordinator to manage payroll coordination and HR administration across international entities. The role involves ensuring payroll accuracy, data integrity in Workday and supporting mobility, benefits and recruitment across multiple European countries.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in HR coordination, fluent in French and English, with strong HRIS skills and the ability to work across a multicultural team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a broad HR generalist or HR coordination role, including HR administration, within international/multi-country environments.
• Solid exposure to HR administration, payroll coordination and employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience supporting HR projects and working with multiple stakeholders across countries.
• Exposure to Talent Management, L&D, employee engagement and performance management would be an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate payroll activities across international entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely execution.
• Maintain and update HRIS data and HR records in Workday, including onboarding and terminations.
• Support international mobility, relocation logistics and global benefits programs.
• Assist recruitment onboarding and candidate coordination for multiple European countries.
• Support annual HR campaigns, performance reviews and talent management activities.
• Coordinate regional HR data collection, reporting and HR process harmonisation across Europe.
