Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in human resources in a business partner capacity.
• Knowledge of French labor and employment laws.
• Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
• Excellent English and French language skills (verbal and written).
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• The ability to handle and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Ability to be autonomous, multi-task, and set priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with an international company preferred.

• Represent the Global HR Strategy and lead initiatives for assigned leaders and business groups.
• Promote HR vision and execute people strategies to deliver results.
• Partner with business leaders to retain, develop and motivate staff.
• Support onboarding and offboarding to ensure a great experience.
• Develop leadership capabilities and succession planning with managers.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Compensation & Benefits.
