Naboo.app is seeking an HR Operations lead to manage a 2-person team in Paris, overseeing employee lifecycle, payroll, benefits, and HRIS systems. You will ensure GDPR compliance and act as the primary support for managers and staff, driving data accuracy and streamlined processes.

You will work in a fast-paced, international environment, with a hybrid setup and access to top-tier tools. Fluency in French and English is required, and you will contribute to global HR initiatives.

Competenze

• 5–7 years of HR Operations experience in an international, fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Rigorous and detail-oriented with checklists and clean data.
• Experience with HR and AI tools.

Mansioni

• Lead HR Operations with a 2-person team (HR OPS and Office Manager) in Paris.
• Oversee Employee Lifecycle Management, payroll, benefits, and compliance.
• Manage HRIS systems, automate workflows, and ensure data accuracy.
