Pearl Abyss Europe is seeking an Admin & HR Generalist to support both operational and people-focused tasks for our Amstelveen office. You will bridge HQ in Korea with the local European team, translating global policies into practical local operations while maintaining confidentiality and high standards of service.

The role covers office administration, HR support, onboarding/offboarding, payroll preparation, and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required, fluent in business English and Korean
• Experience in office administration or HR support, with an interest in people operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, organized and detail oriented

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily office activities and ensure operational efficiency
• Support payroll data and HR reporting tasks
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and benefits alignment with HQ
• Liaise with vendors and manage office facilities and events
