Job summary

Kappa Data is seeking an HR Manager to oversee HR operations and policy implementation across its international offices in Europe. The role focuses on managing the employee lifecycle, supporting managers, and standardizing HR processes while ensuring local compliance.

The ideal candidate will bring several years in HR, be fluent in Dutch, French and English, and willing to travel to our offices in De Pinte (Belgium) or Lille (France).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, business administration, psychology, labor law, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR operations and policy implementation across Kappa Data offices.
• Serve as primary contact for employees and managers on HR matters and ensure follow-up.
